Every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday at my house. I never get sick of tacos, and we cook them every which way with different ingredients almost every week. This week I made them with ground turkey and a home make pineapple "salsa" and they turned out delish. Here's my recipe for building the perfect Taco for dinner this (or any) Tuesday!
